Abstract
Double crush syndrome of the ulnar nerve is a rare condition involving compression at two distinct points, with clinical manifestations varying according to the degree of nerve involvement. This case report addresses the complexity of double entrapment syndrome of the ulnar nerve, in the cubital tunnel at the elbow and in the Guyon’s canal at the wrist. The patient presented symptoms of weakness and difficulty with active extension of the left fourth and fifth fingers. These clinical findings, along with complementary studies, confirmed the presence of severe ulnar neuropathy. Precise identification and timely treatment significantly improve clinical outcomes and the quality of life for patients with this condition.
