Abstract
We present a case of an adolescent with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE), and BK Virus and Cytomegalovirus infection, who was treated with reduction of immunosuppression, intravenous human immunoglobulin, ciprofloxacin and valganciclovir, resulting in complete remission of the clinical case. In this group of patients, these infections represent a challenge, especially in developing countries.
