Abstract

Pulmonary involvement in inflammatory bowel diseases occurs in a lower prevalence within the extraintestinal manifestations, even the related interstitial disease is rare, many times its presence should be considered to be an infectious complications or related to the medication used in the treatment, as in This case presents a male patient with associated comorbidities and with a poor response to treatment who presents rapid progression of lung involvement.
