Abstract
This case describes a patient with erythema nodosum (EN), accompanied by asymmetric oligoarthritis of the lower extremities, and bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy. It highlights the importance of recognizing the clinical triad of Löfgren's syndrome, identifying early radiologic findings, and adopting a comprehensive approach to ensure a favorable prognosis. The diagnosis is primarily based on clinical and radiological suspicion when the classic triad is present, although histopathological confirmation may be required in selected cases.
