Abstract
Se presenta el caso de una mujer de 41 años con diagnóstico confirmado de síndrome antisintetasa, quien mantenía un adecuado control clínico bajo tratamiento con corticoides, inmunoglobulina intravenosa mensual y tacrólimus.
